Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship New Zealand, Australia, United State, United Kingdom with a flat rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local courier delays, or public holidays in the destination country. These are outside of our control, but we're happy to help track your order if it's taking longer than expected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Kalsha is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country when your order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kalsha is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at kalsha7044@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
